Vendor registration included one breakout room for up to 20 people either Monday or Friday.

Participation in the Wednesday afternoon exhibitors session with a table top demonstration space from 2-8 pm.

Vendors were required to also register two full conference delegates as active vendor participation is key to the success of the conference.

Vendors could also hire additional rooms around the conference facility to run their own events and invite their own participants.

We provided the organization on-site and the usual refreshments.
